• All files will be sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy unless you specifically give me another email address to send to.

• Please let me know in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout how you will be printing non-instant download items. This will ensure I send you the correct file type. You can print at home, professional printer, photo lab, office supply store, or online.

• All files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not share, sell, or distribute any file for profit.

• All designs are copyrighted by The Spring Rabbit and all rights are reserved. The sale of any file does not transfer ownership of copyright.

• I do not sell editable files. All edits are made by The Spring Rabbit. If you like some of the graphics you have seen and wish to purchase separately then please check them out on my sister store The Autumn Rabbit

• The client must proof all files prior to completion. Any amendments required after completion may be subject to charge.
While The Spring Rabbit takes all care to avoid errors, The Spring Rabbit accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any. "The Client" must proof and approve all artwork prior to the completion of finalized files. The confirmation of the Client’s shall be conclusive as to the approval of all materials. The Spring Rabbit is not responsible for any printed monetary loss due to any of these
types of errors.

• The Spring Rabbit is not liable for any printing errors and any subsequent monetary loss. Please check files and resolution prior to proceeding with printed materials with your chosen printers.
With all printing there may be some color variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like, and previous orders.

• The Spring Rabbit assumes no responsibility for obtaining permission from professional photographers and is not liable for reproduction copyright laws. In submitting a picture to use in your design, you are agreeing that you have the rights to use that picture and The Spring Rabbit is not liable for any misuse of copyrighted images. The photographer must also have the necessary permission/model release from all persons in the photo.

• Colors do vary from computer to computer and printer to printer. I have no control over these types of color variations.

• Please print all of my designs on white or light cream paper/cardstock. Do not print on dark paper. All designs (including darker background) come as shown with the background as part of the design and will be printed.

• If the client has failed to respond after 30 days, The Spring Rabbit will automatically deem the project complete or cancelled. At such time, The Spring Rabbit shall have no further obligation to the client, and the client shall lose any investment already paid to The Spring Rabbit as well as any design work.
Special circumstances will be taken into consideration and applied at the discretion of The Spring Rabbit

The Spring Rabbit will use all reasonable efforts to meet quoted completion dates. However, time is not the essence of the Contract and The Spring Rabbit will not be liable in cases of late reporting, however caused, nor shall lateness be deemed to be a breach of Contract or an act of negligence.
